This unique luxury townhouse has all the features you would expect of a modern home and more: two master suites, each with its own bathroom and balcony. Granite counter tops and stone tile showers; all stainless steel appliances; large LED TVs in living room and bedrooms; gourmet kitchen; new beds and bedding; and electronic door lock with a code unique to you.
Sensitive individuals will appreciate that no cats, dogs, or smokers have been in this home and it is professionally cleaned.
The unique architecture allows for either solitude or a family gathering. The location has mature landscaping and is a convenient base for your many Sedona adventures. Park your car or bike and walk the shopping district in the quaint Village of Oak Creek. Within 4 blocks you can enjoy art galleries, Mexican and Thai restaurants, mircobrew beer, pizza, and pastries with freshly brewed coffee. Within a half mile are world-class restaurants, a relaxing spa, a Farmer's Market, and hiking and biking into the center of red rock country.
Our warm and inviting townhouse by room: The kitchen is fully outfitted for a quick pizza or a gourmet meal on 20 feet of granite counter tops. Some of the highlights include new stainless steel pots and pans, new dishes and utensils, a fully-stocked spice rack, coffee beans and a state of the art coffee bean grinder.
The dining nook is cheerfully painted in festive colors with a distinct Mexican tile table, and fun decorations.
The spacious living room is large enough for entertaining yet cozy enough for just two. There is a high end leather recliners, a comfortable new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, and a smart 55” TV, wireless speaker, HDMI cable to connect your device, and distinctive southwest art.
The Red Rock master suite is centered around a Southwest theme. The new queen bed and bedding set includes soft 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. The spacious master has a private bath with shower. The 46” LED TV allows for easy viewing. The balcony off this master bedroom faces west to appreciate the setting sun over Gunsight rock. When dark, enjoy a cocktail on the balconies and take in innumerable stars.
The Purple Sage master bedroom comes with a tub and shower; also with the finest bedding on a queen bed. In addition to the overhead fan and 43” TV, the private balcony has a spectacular view of Courthouse rock that lights up at sunrise and sunset.
The backyard has a large glass table, comfortable chairs, and a new BBQ.

Summary: Just a short drive to Sedona on beautiful Red Rock Scenic Byway 179 and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Joe's townhome was comfortable and spacious with just about everything you will need (and labeled throughout!). He was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. There was some road noise, so if you're a light sleeper like me, bring ear plugs, but it didn't bother my husband. If the skies are clear, don't miss the stars at night (we drove just out of town)!

Summary: Great condo and great location. The condo is as described and very clean. The kitchen is so big and has everything you may need. Cute little dining area and nice outside patio, which we couldn't use due to the weather. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Joe provided a great resource of things in the area to see and do and where to eat. We ended up eating twice at Tortas de Fuego in Oak Creek Village and would highly recommend, and you can walk from the property. Our stay was awesome and we would defiantly stay here again. Thanks Joe!

Summary: The owner gave us all the information we needed for our trip, kept us updated with the weather and places around the area. I love that personal touch he made that you don’t feel communicating with a robot or AI. The place is clean cozy and equipped with all kitchen utensils, extra linens. The place is quiet and central.
